On Wednesday 28 May, Bagna Marketing took part in Elevate & Exchange: Chapter 2, part of Leeds Beckett University’s Summer Series of Networking Events. The event, held on the rooftop terrace of the Leeds School of Arts, brought together business leaders, creative professionals, and innovators from across Yorkshire.
Tiffany Mazza, Director of Bagna Marketing and Founder of ConKai, was invited to share her perspective on running a marketing consultancy as a virtual office client within Leeds Beckett’s Knowledge Exchange, and how that partnership helped bring a new digital product to life.
From consultancy to creation
In her talk, Tiffany discussed how Bagna Marketing’s consultancy work with small businesses inspired the development of ConKai, a digital product built to make strategic marketing more accessible.
What began as client workshops and strategy frameworks gradually evolved into an interactive platform that helps founders plan their marketing clearly and confidently.
Tiffany explained that Conkai was never about replacing consultancy, it’s about extending its value. “We saw how many small businesses needed structure, not another tactic,” she said. “ConKai helps them build that structure for themselves.”
Collaboration through Leeds Beckett’s Knowledge Exchange
Bagna Marketing has been part of Leeds Beckett University’s Knowledge Exchange community for over a year, using its virtual office space and network to collaborate with other growing businesses.
